On BBC World there is a large discussion on the fact that the UN(united nations) has no power to prevent killings from happening.

In fact the same situation as in Ruanda in 1994 with 10 Belgian Paratroopers/Commandos beeing killed...just because they were lightly armed and had no power to act.

The UN system has to be changed and they must train their own private army with a type of mercenaries. That would be the only way to act quickly and effectively.

As they said on BBC... although we have learned through lessons like Ruanda(genocide) ...we still keep on watching it happening again in Sudan.

BBC1, BBC 2 and BBC World are amongst the best and the most objective in the World (I did not say they are the ... but the most .....)
